Job Overview for Healthcare Recruiters and Workers

Position Details

Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapy (OP)
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

Varies:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 10:15 AM - 6:30 PM

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years within specialty
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Licensure: GA State Board of Physical Therapy professional license
Certifications: AHA BLS

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government regulations

Work Environment

Dress Code: Business casual (no scrubs)
Department: Outpatient multidisciplinary department including physical, occupational, and speech language pathology, with specialty therapies such as:
- Certified Hand Therapy (CHT)
- Wound care
- Lymphedema
- Vestibular therapy
- Aquatics
- Sports therapy
- Parkinson's therapy
- MBS & FEES studies

Patient Care

Outpatient PT with strong orthopedic and spine experience needed
Ability to see post-CVA patients is required
