Primary Experiential Needs:
- Orthopedic
- Neuro
- Transplant
- Cardiac
Certifications:
- National Surgical Tech Certification required
- BLS/CPR required
Licensure:
- Active MA license required at time of submission
COVID-19 Requirements:
- COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission
- 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start will be accepted.
Additional Notes:
- Facility is not accepting local candidates.
- Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the last six months.
- BILH Coversheet required.
