Job Description

• Unit: 3 East, Cardiac/Neuro Unit
• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• Unit Size: 20 to 34 beds
• Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
• Orientation: 8 hours (non-billable)

Requirements

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of current Med-Surg/Cardiac/Neuro experience
  • High proficiency in Cardiac/Neuro patients
• Certifications:

  • Must have a Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool)
  • Basic Dysrhythmia course completion is strongly preferred
• Skills Checklist: Must be uploaded with high proficiency relevant to the position
• References: One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment
• Vehicle: Traveler must have their own vehicle
• Availability: At least two specific interview dates/times must be provided; "anytime" will not be accepted
• Time Off: No more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will be accepted during the assignment; RTO requests must be noted and verified at upload

• Floating: Willingness to float to any Med-Surg unit is required; block scheduling is not approved
