Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description
- Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans.
- Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing standards.
- Care for a diverse patient population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience required.
- Specialization: Inpatient Rehab experience required.
- Traveler Experience: Recent traveler experience highly preferred.
- Compliance: Must be able to start on the requested date; all compliance must be submitted one week prior to starting.

- Work history
- Skills checklist (current to 1 year, relevant to the specialty)
- 2 supervisory reference forms (within the last two years)
- Licensure & Certifications: Oklahoma State License or compact, BLS (AHA), NIH
- Permanent address (local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate)
Additional Information
Orientation:
- Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays.
- Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays.
- Approximately 6 hours of modules to complete prior to start; logins provided one week in advance.
- Completion of modules before the start date may result in compensation.
Call Policy: On-call paid at $2 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.
Local Policy: Applicants within 50 miles of Comanche County will be considered for a placement at 11% less than the travel rate.
Non-Compete Policy: Former direct employees of CCMH are not eligible to return through an agency until after 6 months of their former direct employment.
