• Location: 10th Floor, Swedish Medical Center
• Number of Beds: 20
• Staffing:

  • Total Staff: 40
  • Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 5 Nurses, 3 PCTs
  • Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, 5 Nurses, 2 PCTs
• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Equipment Used: Telemetry, transport monitors, suction, feeding pumps, tracheostomy care, BiPAP, CPAP, heated high flow, chest tubes, Foley catheters, pacer wires, IV pumps, SCD pumps
• EMR System: Meditech

Required Skills

• Must Have:

  • ACLS certification
  • Experience with drips (heparin, tikosin, diltiazem, amiodarone, nitroglycerin, Lasix, ketamine)
  • PCU experience
  • Cardiac experience

• Preferred:

  • Experience with chest tube placement and removal, pacer wire removal, and 12 lead EKGs
