Job Opportunity: Travel RN Position

Position Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift Information

• Shift Length: 10 hours
• Schedule: 4 days per week (0700-1730)
• Floating Policy: No floating
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: No weekends, no major holidays, no call, assigned to stay late for cases that run past 1730 (1-2 shifts per week)

Unit Specifics

• Number of Beds: 3 Labs
• Patient Ratios: 3/4 staff members per room
• Type of Equipment:

  • Siemens and Philips x-ray systems
  • EP Claris Recording System and Stimulator
  • Carto, Rhythmia, and Ensite Mapping System
  • RF and PFA ablation technology
• Documentation System: EP Claris Nurse Scribe

Required Skills and Certifications

• Must Have:

  • Critical care experience and/or cardiac experience preferred
• Procedures Performed:

  • Pacemaker Implant
  • Implantable Cardio-defibrillators Implant
  • Leadless pacemaker implant
  • SICD implants
  • BiVentricular Pacemaker/ICD implants
  • EP Studies
  • Cardiac ablations (right and left atrial, VT/PVC)
  • TEE/CVSN
  • Laser Lead extractions
  • Left Atrial Appendage Closure implant
• Certifications Required:

  • ACLS, BLS for RN
  • ARRT/RCIS/RCES for techs

Dress Code

• Required uniform: OR scrubs
• Shoes worn outside of the hospital are not allowed in labs without shoe covers
• Scrub cap required
