Job Description

• All work must be done in the office; remote work is not allowed.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• California RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an outpatient setting
• Some pediatric experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ENT and Urgent Care
• Assisting with in-office procedures
• Familiarity with ENT terminology and procedure setup

Primary Duties

• Complete disability paperwork and appeal letters
• Manage EDD/FMLA/Work Comp paperwork
• Handle records requests
• Conduct pharmacy calls and inboxing
• Provide procedure setup support
