Job Description

The Mammography Technician will assist with the screening mammogram backlog by working Saturdays in Mammography and the remaining hours in X-Ray.

Housing

• Shared housing is available (no guests or pets).
• Candidates must have their own transportation.

Vaccination Requirements

Candidates must have the following vaccinations:

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Completed primary series or up-to-date vaccine.
• Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (September 15 - April 30).
• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella): Documentation of vaccinations or proof of immunity.
• Hepatitis B: Strongly preferred documentation of vaccination or proof of immunity.
• TB Test: Documentation of a TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test within 3 months of the start date.
• Tdap: Vaccine within the last 10 years is preferred.

Health and Background Checks

• Health Statement: Signed by a licensed medical professional within 365 days of the start date.
• Criminal Background Check: Required for submission, including a Massachusetts CORI check.
• Education Verification: Verification of the highest level of education achieved.
• National Sex Offender Check: Conducted within 30 days prior to start and annually.
• Exclusion Checks: Search OIG, GSA, and MassHealth & NH Medicaid exclusion lists.

Additional Requirements

• Resume: Must include past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
• References: Two recent references, including at least one supervisor or above.
• Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required for all initial assignments and extensions.
