Job Description

• Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of EPIC experience
  • Active South Carolina license or multistate license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Shift Details:

  • Options for 48 hours or 36 hours per week

• Floating Policy:

  • Agency staff may be required to float to other units or campuses as needed, but will only float to units they are qualified for.

Certifications and Requirements

• Mandatory Certifications:

  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Additional certifications may be required based on unit assignments (e.g., PALS, NRP, TNCC).

• Health Documents:

  • Physical Exam
  • TB Test or Chest X-Ray
  • Drug Testing
  • Vaccination records (e.g., Flu, Tetanus, MMR, Hepatitis B)

• Background Checks:

  • 7-year criminal background check
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM checks

• Competencies:

  • Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
  • Color Blind Testing (for specific units)
