Job Description

  • Candidates must ensure that the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submission.
  • Required documents include:
    • Resume
    • License verification
  • New graduates are welcome to apply, but SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience is preferred.
  • A COVID-19 test is required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours before starting.
