Job Details

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant nursing role
• Certifications Required:

  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA or Red Cross preferred)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA or Red Cross preferred)
  • CNOR - Certified Nurse (OR) (required for RNFA)
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (not required for ICU)
  • TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (preferred for ER)
  • NIH Stroke Certification (required for MS/Tele)

Documentation Requirements

• Identification:

  • Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's License/State ID)
• Health Documents:

  • Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
  • Negative TB or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year of start)
  • Tdap vaccine
  • 9 Panel Drug Screen (within 1 year of start)
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (proof required prior to start)
• Background Checks:

  • Standard background check (updated annually)
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM checks (annually)
  • HHS/OIG checks (annually)

Facility Specific Requirements

• Flu Vaccination: Required during flu season (10/1 - 3/31); exemptions must be approved
