Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift Details:
- 2nd shift (12:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
- 4 days, 10-hour shifts
- Every third weekend required

Job Description

Position for an X-ray Tech with responsibilities including floating to different units within the OSU organization as needed.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year required
Certifications:
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- EPIC experience required
Skills:
- GE Siemens, PACS, and portables preferred
- Must have fluoroscopy experience
On-call Requirement: Yes
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend

Certifications and Competencies

ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support
BLS: Basic Life Support
PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support
NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
NIH Stroke Certification: Required for ER and Critical Care RNs
Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam: Required for all RNs within 1 year of start
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Required for all RN/LVN candidates
Background Check: 7-Year Criminal Background Check required
Drug Testing: Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen required within 3 months of start
Health Documents:
- Physical Exam
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
- MMR Vaccines or Positive Titer
- Hepatitis B Titer or 3-Vaccine Series
- Varicella Vaccines or Positive Titer
- Flu vaccine or declination required during flu season
