Job Opportunity: CST/ORT in Manchester, New Hampshire

Facility Information

  • Location: 100 McGregor St, Manchester, NH
  • Unit: CVOR (Operating Room)
  • Number of Beds: 10 ORs (licensed for 330 beds)
  • Number of Staff: Approximately 50
  • Patient Ratios: 1:1
  • Type of Equipment: DaVinci Robot, Endovascular Suite
  • EMR System: Altera

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

Typical Hiring Profile

Required Skills

  • Cardiac Surgery: CABG, Valve Replacements, Aorta Replacement, Bentall Procedures (NO transplants)
  • Thoracic Surgery: Thoracotomy, VATS, robotic thoracic (a plus)
  • Vascular Surgery: Carotid and femoral endarterectomy, dialysis catheter, peripheral vascular bypass (e.g., Fem-Pop bypass)
  • Endovascular Skills: Basic groin or radial access, angiography/angioplasty, EVAR/TEVAR

Preferred Skills

  • Thoracic Robot Experience: A plus, but not required for call coverage
  • Basic Endovascular Skills: For call coverage

  • Floating Areas: General OR possible
  • Dress Code: Scrub color/attire provided by the OR
  • Work Schedule:
    • Rotating weekends
    • On-call during holidays as needed
    • Possible 2 nights a week call and one night a week stay late
