Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Stepdown ICU RN

Location

Position Details

  • Shift: 3x12 Nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
  • Patient Ratios: 1:4
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

  • Floating Requirement: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs

Experience and Qualifications

  • Required Experience: 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred
  • First-timers Accepted: Yes
  • License Requirement: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
  • Certifications Required:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
  • Preferred Certifications:
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
    • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
  • Special Requirements:
    • Epic experience required
    • Telemetry competency required
    • Cardiac telemetry experience required
    • Previous charge experience preferred
    • Community hospital experience preferred

  • Local Radius: 60 miles
  • Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
  • Block Schedule Accommodation: Approval can be requested prior to assignment but not guaranteed
