ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support
BLS: Basic Life Support
PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support
NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
CHEMO: Chemotherapy
EFM: Electronic Fetal Monitoring
Tech Cert Verification: National
State License Verification
NURSYS Verification: Required for RNs
IV Certification: For LVN/LPN/Other
Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
NIH Stroke Certification
CPI: Crisis Prevention Institute

Health Documents

Physical Exam: Required within 1 year of start
TB Test: IGRA/TSPOT, QGold, or 2 PPDs within 12 months
Vaccinations:
- Tdap
- MMR (2 doses or positive titer)
- Varicella (2 doses or positive titer)
- Hepatitis B (series of 3 or positive titer)
- Flu Vaccine (during flu season)
- COVID-19 Vaccination or Declination

Background Check

Background Check: Required within 45 days of start covering all locations lived/worked within past 7 years.

References

References: Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last three years.
