Job Description

Dialyze Direct focuses on providing a gentler and more effective dialysis treatment for the geriatric population, significantly improving their quality of life. The organization collaborates with skilled nursing facilities to create customized home dialysis dens, allowing patients to receive shorter, gentler, and more frequent treatments that closely mimic healthy kidney function.

Treatment Environment

• Treatments are performed by highly trained professionals using state-of-the-art machines for each patient.
• In-house dialysis rooms at select BRIA facilities eliminate the need for patients to travel to outpatient centers.

Requirements

• Experience:

  • 1 year or more of current dialysis experience (required)
  • Geriatric patient experience (required)
  • NXStage Dialysis Machine experience (strongly required)

• Certifications:

  • Current, valid Illinois nursing license (required)
  • CNN or CDN Certification (preferred)
  • Crown Web EMR experience (preferred)
  • BSN (preferred)

• Documentation:

  • Copy of current, valid driver license (required)
  • Profile must include:

    • Cover page (if available)
    • Work history
    • Skills checklist current to 1 year
    • 1 reference from the past two years of employment (2 required if offered/during compliance)
    • License/Certifications (must be uploaded with profile)

Additional Information

• Dress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops; scrub bottoms can be personal scrubs of any color.
• Overtime and Holidays: x1.25
• Nonbillable Hours: 8 hours
