- Number of Beds: 32
- Staff Composition: Approximately 35 therapists and 50 nurses
- Day Shift Staff:
- 8 Occupational Therapists (OTs)
- 8 Physical Therapists (PTs)
- 1 Rehab Aide
- 7 Nurses
- 3 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
- 1 Unit Coordinator (UC)
- Night Shift: Not applicable
- Patient Ratios: Not applicable; expect 5-12 hours of treatment
- Equipment Used: H200/L300, BURT
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
Hiring Profile
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab
- Ability to work as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in inpatient rehab
- Willingness to work weekends (minimum of 2 weekends per 4-week period expected)
