Job Summary

The CT Technologist will provide quality diagnostic imaging services under the guidance of radiologists and the Radiology Director. The role requires a patient-focused approach and the ability to apply critical thinking in managing patient care based on individual needs.

• Hewlett Packard Laser Printers
• GE PRO 16 slice CT Scanner
• GE VCT 64 slice CT Scanners (2 units)
• GE CTI CT Scanner
• McKesson PACS Hardware
• GE Independent Workstation

Licensure and Certification Requirements

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R)
• Must maintain Delaware State Certification to practice Radiologic Technology in Delaware
• BLS certification required (must be from the American Heart Association)

Department Information

• The technologist will work alongside one other technologist during scheduled shifts.
• Scrub color: Gray

Additional Information

• Candidates must not require time off during the initial assignment.
• Candidates must live more than 100 miles from Salisbury to be eligible.
• Active ARRT (CT) Certification and MD CT license are required.
• Active BLS certification is mandatory.
• Candidates should list any equipment they have used in previous roles.
