Description
- Title: Occupational Therapist - Home Health
- Role Responsibilities: Required to prioritize start of care visits, Required to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits, Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit, Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office, Be generally responsive during normal business hours.
- CA OT License
- One year of Home Health experience
- 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- One weekend a month rotation
- Territory: Alameda, Ca (Will be required to expand as needed)
- Training: 3 full days, one in house and two in the field
- Documentation System: Kinnser
- Equipment Issued: iPad, Ring Central
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.655/mile (from first to last patient)
- Parking and Toll Reimbursement: Paid
- Company Car: Option with a decreased bill rate
- Productivity Requirement: 30 points per week
- Point to Hourly Conversion: 1 = 1.33hrs
