Description

  • ACLS
    Job details
  • Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Estrella Medical Center
  • Full-service medical campus with 317 all-private beds
  • Focus on heart care, emergency services, and general surgery
    Job requirements
  • 24 months minimum of current PCU experience - REQUIRED
  • Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
  • No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
    Schedule information
  • Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed
  • All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days
  • RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays
    Unit specific information
  • All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission
  • All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page
    Additional Details
  • Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission
  • Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms)
  • Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment
