- Miami Valley Hospital North in Englewood, OH is looking for an Occupational therapist that specializes in hands.
- The Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist assumes a dynamic leadership role on the interdisciplinary patient care teams.
- This individual identifies patient care needs, develops a plan of care and goals in collaboration with the patient, provides a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of practice, provides education and support to patients/families, and facilitates continuing care planning.
- The therapist participates in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities.
- The therapist is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.
Job details
- Current Occupational Therapy license in State of Ohio.
- Current Hand Therapist certification.
- Current CPR certification required at the time of hire.
- Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Job requirements
- Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract.
- Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
Schedule information
- I9 required per contract.
- Government Issued Photo ID is required.
- E-Verify required per contract.
- Required if the candidate has a different name on their documents.
- Required if the candidate will be using a Compact Nursing license that differs from the state in which they will be working.
