Job Description

• Candidates must have an Arizona home address on their driver's license.
• All candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
• Candidates should list all experienced departments they are willing to work in.
• Start date should align closely with the order start date.
• All requests for time off (RTO) must be noted and cannot exceed 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of the assignment.
• Candidates should indicate their openness to various shifts and locations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current ICU experience (required).
• Certifications: Must have active certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (required).
• Background Check: No Nursys Hits (required).
• Vaccination: Flu vaccination status must be included in submission notes. Banner allows for declinations.
• Travel Experience: Preferred.

Profile Requirements

• Completed Banner Cover Page.
• Updated resume detailing all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units.
• Skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
• Active license verification (must be less than 30 days old).
• Active certifications at the time of submission.
• Driver's license copy.

• The facility features advanced technology, including electronic medical records and sophisticated ICU monitoring.
• Learning modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
• Non-billable hours are adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
• The client or vendor may cancel an assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
