Job details

36-40 hours per week
Shifts will vary depending on operational needs
Night shifts may include 2200-0800 or 1800-0600
Weekend rotation
Another option for traveler: Wed-Wed 10hrs (8-on/6-off)

Job requirements

Required per Vaya standard
Current/valid Drivers License required if driving is a requirement of the position
Required for Dialysis. Check Unit Description to determine if required for any other positions
National Certification/Verification within 30 days of start & upon expiration
Primary source verification within 30 days of start & upon expiration
Nursys verification within 30 days from start date

Additional Details

Must be issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
Renewals: Certificates of Completion/Attestation showing proof that renewal was completed will be accepted and allow candidate to continue working while they wait for a copy of their new card
