  • Position/Specialty: Cath Lab RN
  • Shift: The team works 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 5 pm.
  • Ratio: We have a Cath Lab team consisting of 3 full time nurses, as well as a Cath Lab with a pre/post procedure area that includes 4 bays. The pre/post area is staffed by 2 registered nurses. Only 1 Cath Lab procedure room.
  • Weekend REQ? No
  • Is on-call REQ? Yes, Monday–Saturday (our callback is only for post PCI patients that need to be brought back into Cath lab. No STEMI call)
  • Will this traveler float between service lines? No
  • Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No

  • Years of experience REQ: 2 years
  • License REQ: Yes, SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
  • National Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS
  • Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers
    Schedule information
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request.
  • Local Radius: 60-mile radius rule
  • Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate
  • RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs
  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift
    Unit specific information
  • Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers
    Additional Details
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
  • Copy of Driver's License Required
  • Copy of Social Security Card is required.
  • Qualivis: Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
