Job details

Registered Nurse (RN) position at UW Health University Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.
13-week travel contract starting late February/early March.
12-hour shifts between 19:00-07:30 and every other weekend.
Part of a Magnet® certified hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center.

Job requirements

Must have experience with multiple ICU units (Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, etc).
ICU experience with adult populations required.
Must be willing to work with IMC/Progressive/General care populations as needed.
Traveler must have experience in an Academic level 1 Trauma center.
Successfully completed travel assignment (13 weeks).
Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years.
Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.

Schedule information

12-hour shifts between 19:00-07:30 and every other weekend.

Unit specific information

Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization.

Additional Details

Required per Vaya standard.
Current/valid Drivers License required if driving is a requirement of the position.
