Description
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state.
- Registered Nurse (RN) position at UW Health University Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.
- 13-week travel contract starting late February/early March.
- 12-hour shifts between 19:00-07:30 and every other weekend.
- Part of a Magnet® certified hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center.
- Must have experience with multiple ICU units (Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, etc).
- ICU experience with adult populations required.
- Must be willing to work with IMC/Progressive/General care populations as needed.
- Traveler must have experience in an Academic level 1 Trauma center.
- Successfully completed travel assignment (13 weeks).
- Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years.
- Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.
- 12-hour shifts between 19:00-07:30 and every other weekend.
- Floating - Travelers are the first. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization.
- Required per Vaya standard.
- Current/valid Drivers License required if driving is a requirement of the position.
- Check Unit Description to determine if required for any other positions.
