- State License 1 Verification
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
Certification details
- The Respiratory Therapist possess sufficient training and experience to perform independent professional respiratory care diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, clinical evaluation of care including the establishment of therapeutic objectives and the review of care. The final and ultimate authority, judgment and clinical decision making are the responsibility of a physician. He/she is involved in acute critical and/or life threatening patient care areas and situations.

- Required based on unit/specialty
- Cannot expire within 30 days of start, must be renewed prior to start date. Will not accept proof of course completion letters.
Job requirements
- Government-Issued Photo ID
- Required if declining Hep B
- Required if requesting a Medical Exemption for Flu.
- Required if requesting a Religious Exemption for Flu.
