  • Vascular CST
  • Shift: 3x12s 630am-7pm (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs, Monday-Friday. 36 hours/week).
  • Is on-call REQ? yes, 8-9 call shifts per month, including one weekend
  • Holiday requirements: Holiday call may be required
  • Years of experience REQ: 2
  • Experience required: Must be able to scrub complex vascular cases
  • First-timers accepted: Not preferred
    Job requirements
  • Certs REQ: NBSTSA and BLS
  • Required: Radiation badge
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires manager's approval upon request
  • What is the local radius rule? 60 miles
  • Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
  • RTO Restrictions: all RTO must be provided at the time of submission. Approvals based on dept needs
  • Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period)
    Schedule information
  • 3x12s 630am-7pm
  • 8-9 call shifts per month, including one weekend
  • Holiday call may be required
    Unit specific information
  • Facility would like a copy of all certifications that traveler possess.
    Additional Details
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
  • Copy of Driver's License Required
  • Copy of Social Security Card is required.
  • AHA only. RQI acceptable.
