AGENCY MUST SUPPLY RADIATION BADGE
X-Ray Tech Main Hospital
Daily Caseload per tech: Varies
Shift: Will work Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7a-7:30p with holidays as needed
The first week of contract, the traveler will work during the week on day shift for orientation. Then, set schedule will begin the following week
Is on-call REQ? Call rotation for weekly call, 3-4 days/month
Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Floating to other buildings on the same campus may be required

Job requirements

Years of experience REQ: 1 year
First-timers accepted: Yes
Certs/Lic Required: ARRT, AHA BLS
Certification/Licenses accepted: ARRT (R) and SCRQSA (R)
Experience Required: Must have recent OR experience, C-arm experience, O-arm experience
Trauma experience preferred but not required
Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers
Pending State License accepted: SC license must be in hand prior to start
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
Copy of Driver's License Required
Copy of Social Security Card is required.
AHA only. RQI acceptable.
Facility would like a copy of all certifications that traveler possess.
