- Travel within geographic area required
- Manage patient caseloads and comply with visit schedules

- Utilize OTAs, manage caseloads, and ensure compliance with visit schedules
- Conduct supervision of Home Health aides according to agency and state guidelines
- Mandatory training and staff meeting attendance

- Experience in documentation and interdisciplinary communication
- Clinical evaluations to reflect patient history and appropriate tests and measures
- A completed primary COVID-19 vaccination series, MMR, and Influenza vaccines are required
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing situations
