- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 8hr Eves
- Ratios: 1:15-25
- Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience, IV, Central Line Blood Draw, Central Line Dressing Change, IV Pumps, Starting IV's (hard requirement)
- First-Timers Accepted: No; 1 YR of travel REQ
- Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
- Certs REQ: BCLS
- Is On-Call REQ?: No
- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas
- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- Pending License Accepted: Yes
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call of traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
