Minnesota Physical Therapy Assistant license

Job details

Patient will provide therapy services in outpatient clinic as well as inpatient setting. Duties are typical of Physical Therapy Assistant including patient care, documentation, department cleaning.
Use of EPIC for all documentation. Utilize modalities including ultrasound/electrical stimulation, iontophoresis.

Job requirements

Minnesota Physical Therapy Assistant license is needed.
BLS certification is required, can do that training if needed.

Schedule information

Shift is typically 8am-5pm, Monday-Thursday; Friday 8am-3pm.
No call is required, no evenings or weekends required.

Unit specific information

No floating to other units.
We do cover the inpatients in the hospital, but that is in the same facility.
2 treatment rooms, office and gym.
