Job details

CT/X-RAY TECH POSITION - PRIMARILY CT WILL BE NEEDED FOR THIS POSTING, BUT X-RAY EXPERIENCE IS ALSO REQUIRED.
Perform a wide variety of technical procedures, requiring independent judgment and critical thinking.
Requires initiative to apply appropriate skills to facilitate a diagnosis.
Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and Tiger Text format required.
Practices infection control in clinical practice in compliance with departmental and hospital policies and OSHA standards.
Maintains patient confidentiality.
Technologist will be required to perform primary diagnostic Radiology and CT Scan tasks including IV insertion and injections.

Job requirements

2 years current CT/X-ray experience.
Previous Travel REQUIRED (at least 6 months or more).
Travelers with current agency experience (at least 6 months to 1 year or more) - REQUIRED.
Travelers working a concurrent per diem/prn assignment will not be considered.
Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred.
