  • - Active WI OT license
    Job details
  • Home Health OT position covering Kenosha and Racine counties in WI. Patients will all be home health adults/geriatrics with post-stroke, post-joint replacement, weakness, deconditioning, COPD, CHF, etc. Traveler will be expected to commute to see 6 patients, or 'points', per day (points: Eval visits are 1.5 points and standard visit is 1 point). Should be prepared and able to work alongside other disciplines (RN, PT, etc.). Traveler can expect to receive first day of orientation at National Avenue office in Milwaukee (will go through EPIC class); remainder of the week will be orientation with a preceptor. Business casual or any solid color scrubs are acceptable - must be professional. Coverage: Racine and Kenosha counties: Most patients are within 20-30 minutes but could have occasional patient that could be close to an hour away (not common).
    Job requirements
  • - 3 years OT experience in SNF setting, Home Health (preferred), or acute care. Must be strong in assisting with ADLs and adaptive equipment.
  • - Bachelor's degree in OT.
    Schedule information
  • Expected to commute to see 6 patients per day or 'points'.
