Job Overview for Healthcare Recruiters and Workers

Position Details

  • Shift: 8-hour days (4x10s or 3x12s not accommodated)

Job Responsibilities

  • Patient Ratios: 1:1 (may visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
  • Experience Required: 1 year of skilled home health experience
  • Certifications Required:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • On-Call Requirement: No
  • Floating Requirement: No
  • Weekend Requirement: No
  • Local Candidates Accepted: Yes (within 50-75 mile radius)

Licensing Requirements

  • Licensure: Must have valid licenses for both Washington and Oregon (pending license accepted).
  • Transportation: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

  • Mileage Reimbursement: IRS Standard

Special Requirements

  • Oasis Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager.

    • ACLS, PALS, NRP, and others as applicable.

    • TB test or chest X-ray.

Compliance and Training

  • WorkRamp Modules: Required for compliance training specific to the facility and position.
  • Background Check: Required within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked within the past 7 years.
