Position Details

Shift: 8-hour days (4x10s or 3x12s not accommodated)

Job Responsibilities

Patient Ratios: 1:1 (may visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
Experience Required: 1 year of skilled home health experience
Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
On-Call Requirement: No
Floating Requirement: No
Weekend Requirement: No
Local Candidates Accepted: Yes (within 50-75 mile radius)

Licensing Requirements

Licensure: Must have valid licenses for both Washington and Oregon (pending license accepted).
Transportation: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
