Description
- BCLS certification required
Certification details
- Manager is specifically seeking at least 2 years of hospital CM experience across different units.
- Must have active WA license to submit.
- If traveler has worked for any Providence affiliated facility as a perm staff – they must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel contract.
- Open to MSW Care Manager (& have EITHER Associate clinical license or LCISW).
- Clinician needs Masters in social work and 2) Washington-issued post-MSW license such as the licensed social work associate independent clinical.
- Must have case management and discharge experience.
- Utilization management experience is helpful but not required.
- Will take local candidates at travel rate.
- Travel experience preferred.
- Avg Daily Census: 18-20
