Description
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required for Emergency Department)
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Required for RRT-NICU)
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (Required for RRT-NICU)
- Tech Cert Verification - National (NBRC)
- Ohio RRT License
Certification details
- Travel/Contract respiratory therapy position available in Akron, Ohio.
- Will work within RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU with pediatric patients.
- Minimum two years of NICU experience required.
- Travelers required to complete various onboarding requirements, including two fingerprintings and online training modules.
Job details
- Must carry a valid government issued photo ID while on assignment.
- Minimum two years of NICU experience.
- Must have Ohio RRT license in hand!
- Application must include 3 years prior work history with at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting similar to the pending assignment.
Job requirements
- All RTO and scheduling requests need to be communicated during submission and interview.
Schedule information
- Will work within RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU with pediatric patients.
Unit specific information
- Travelers to complete two fingerprintings: one onsite for facility requirements immediately, prior to start, and the second through the agency.
- Candidates working with pediatric patients will need to complete additional onsite fingerprinting as part of the onboarding process.
