Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays
Hours: 4x9 hours (7:00am - 4:30pm) w/ Rotating Day Off - or - 5x8 hours (7:30am - 4:00pm)
Ratios: 1:4
Special Requirements: Cardiovascular experience

Schedule information

Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.

Unit specific information

Unit Information: Will consider Cardiac ICU/PCU experience.

Locals accepted: Yes. What is the local radius rule? $15 off bill rate for travelers who reside within 50 miles of their assigned IU Health Facility
