Unit is traveler friendly. It is easy to adapt to and plenty of resources. Call is not bad. They respect what specialties you can and can't do.
Cons
Cost of living is high and not reflected by the pay. You have to park in a shuttle lot 10 minutes away from the hospital. There are other options for parking but they cost money.
