We are seeking dedicated and experienced Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) for full-time night shifts in Warm Springs, MT, working on a rotating 36/48 schedule. Candidates must have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID) and Autism Spectrum Disorder, along with strong de-escalation skills. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and transportation, as well as performing health-related tasks like taking vital signs and assisting in emergencies. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Montana CNA certification, at least two years of experience in a healthcare or group home setting, BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license. CPI training is preferred but not mandatory.
