We are seeking candidates interested in a 36-hour per week temp-to-perm opportunity with rotating weekends. The role involves patient ratios of 1:4-5, working in a facility with 10 rooms. Between 1 AM and 7 AM, the team includes 2 RNs and 1 tech, with a physician available 24/7. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and candidates should be proficient in using EMRs. The facility uses the T-System EMR, and the scrub color is Royal Blue. While floating may occur within scope, it would require prior agreement and training in multiple areas. We are open to accommodating block schedules for the right candidate. Interviews will likely be conducted via Zoom, and we are only submitting candidates who are serious about transitioning into a temp-to-perm role.
