2+ years of experience - Required
Neuro PCU - Required
Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
Profile Requirements:
Work History
Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
Licensure & Certifications (MI State License/Lara & BLS - AHA & ACLS - AHA, NIHSS)
Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction for one 13 week contract)
