Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team! As an LCSW, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. You will assess the client’s needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s mental health, social, and emotional needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with clients to establish goals
  • Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling to clients using various modalities
  • Monitor clients' progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make adjustments as necessary
  • Advocate for clients and connect them with appropriate community resources and support services
  • Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and maintain client records
  • Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines governing social work practice

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state you are applying to
  • 5+ years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches and interventions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
