Position Description: HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital (Level II Trauma Center) Address: 14000 Fivay Rd, Hudson, FL 34667 Parking: Anywhere except the ER parking Scrub Color: RN – Navy Blue Clinical Support – Caribbean Blue Radiology – Black Lab – Khaki Surgical Staff – Ciel Blue General Comments Additional Information: Bed Capacity: 309 Unit Information: (CM /917 ) Location: Bayonet Address:14000 Fivay Road, Hudson, Fl., 34667 Floor: Building: main hospital building General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 290 Number of Staff – need total of 12-13 RN CM for a full house Type of staff: Day Shift – all CM staff work 8 hour days five days a week Night Shift – n/a Patient Ratios – CM 1:25 on floors and 1:20 in UC units, SW 1:30 for ICU and 1:40 for floors Type of equipment – ipad, computer, cell phone EMR – reviews in meditech and documents in midas, uses careport platform for referral process Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Hospital and or case management experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Midas, interqual, meditech, experience in acute hospital case management List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Assessment, evaluations Dc planning with patients and families Best personality Fit: Independent, team player, facilitator, proactive, autonomous, willing to step up to lead MDR discussions Friendly, able to troubleshoot and use critical thinking skills Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. * Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent .

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
