Position/Specialty: LTAC MS/Tele
Start Date: ASAP
Ratios: 1:6
Years of Experience: 2; Will review 1+ year
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: As needed
Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIH
Is on-call REQ?: Yes; See below requirements for holiday coverage
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes; Floating based on critical staffing needs to a lower level of care within traveler’s skillset is expected. MS/Tele floors range from 22 to 28 beds, and SRHS prides themselves in maintaining safe nurse-to-patient ratios. The preference for nurse-to-patient ratios on MS/Tele floors is 1:4-5 when possible. May float to Mary Black or Church Street.
Open to accommodating block scheduling?: No
Locals Accepted?: No; What is the local radius rule?: 75 miles
Pending License Accepted: Yes, has to get it before starting
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered.
Guaranteed Hours: Based on signed contract hours
Special Requirements: Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on 1st day. Shaving may be required to pass a fit test onsite, and if not will result in failure of fit testing requirements.

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
