Position Description: Data Collection : Unit Information: ( insert name ) Location: RAPIDES REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Address: 211 4 TH STREET, ALEXANDRIA, LA 71301 Floor: 3 RD RESPIRATORY THERAPY Building: MAIN TOWER General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - 362 beds Number of Staff – 62 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 Coordinator, 1PFT, 1 NICU RT, 1 CHG and 8-12 RT’s Night Shift – 1 CHG, 1 NICU and 6-9 RT’s Patient Ratios – Type of equipment – Servo I Ventilator, V60 Bipap , Airvo , Hillrom vest, EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ICU skills Pedi Skills Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. NICU PICU List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Neb treatments, Bipap , Vents, Weaning parameters, IS, CPT, Best personality Fit: Positive attitude, REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: CRT or RRT, ACLS, PALS, BLS Floating Area ( s ) : All patient care areas Dress Code : Scrub Color /Attire - Gray Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines . Weekends and On call(if any) Every other weekend, no call
