REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 years
Traveler Experience: Unit will accept 1st time travelers
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
Skills: Must have worked in a Level III NICU and a PICU. Experience with Airway management, medication administration, Vent management, ABG's, O2 therapy, Suction, pulmonary toileting, Bronchoscopes, Nebulizer, BiPAP, CPAP, EPIC documentation and Servo I.
Certs: BLS, NRP, CRTT, ACLS, RRT, PALS
JOB DETAILS:
Shift: 12hr Nights
RTO: 7 days MAX
Float Requirement: NONE
Weekend Requirement: every other weekend.
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: ICU, ED general floor care
SPECIAL PROCEDURES: Heated High flow nasal cannula; Bubble CPAP; Nitric Oxide; High risk deliveries; Asthma education; Pediatric trachs; Pediatric Rapid Response Team and Trauma response.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Drager VN500 and 3100A ventilators.
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): EPIC and Servo I
SCHEDULING TYPE: Manager schedules

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
