Travel Rate: $100
Radius: $95: 51-100 miles
Local: $90: 50 miles or less
• Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance

RRT or CRT: Every other weekend required.

Requirements:
• NRP required upon submission
• RRT, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NRP required
• Must have NICU experience within the last year; Patient population consists of all age groups - includes ICU and ED floors
• All specialties the HCP worked need to be well documented on each individual employment entry
• Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

Additional Information:
• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday
• Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday
• No block schedules for any reason
• This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
• Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained
• Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
