Pros
Good location for lifestyle activities. Most RNs nice. Breaks are offered regularly per law. Beautiful facility and cerner charting
Cons
The last year the management changed. Work place bullying is left unchecked. Pt loads can be very overwhelming. Cherry picking and some charge RNs walk past when help is needed.2:1 but literally the spots don’t cool down. It is constant and can have up to 7-8 pts a day. I feel they will have a big turnover soon due to burnout of staff.

Pros
Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
Cons
Can’t think of one
