Data Collection : Unit Information: Respiratory Therapy Location: South Austin Medical Center Building: Main Building Floor: 1 st floor Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 75477 Discipline: Respiratory Quantity: 1 Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: 0 or 1 Call Requirements: None Weekends: Every Other General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds - 368 · Number of Staff – 6 to 7 staff per shift · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 supervisor, 5 or 6 RTs o Night Shift – 1 supervisor, 5 or 6 RTs · Patient Ratios – 35-45 UOS · Type of equipment – Servo, Hamilton, Airvo · EMR – Meditech · Permanent Positions on Unit? (Y/N) – Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · RRT or CRT · TX RCP · At least one year of Adult experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · NICU experience · List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · · Best personality Fit: · Team player · Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. · Scrub Color - Olive green scrub top, black scrub pants · Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. · Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. · · Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. * Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent .
