General Comments: Unit Information: Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Location: Henrico Doctors’ Hospital - Parham Address: 7700 East Parham Road Floor: 4th Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds -36 · Number of Staff – 10-13 · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 charge, 6 RN, 3 CNA, and 1-3 sitters o Night Shift - 1 charge, 7 RN, 3 CNA, and 1-3 sitters · Patient Ratios – 5/6-1 · Type of equipment – Hoyer/sit to stand lift · EMR – Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Medical/surgical experience or same setting · BLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · CRRN · Experienced Rehab Nurse List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · IV meds/peg tube feedings/heparin drips · Wound care Best personality Fit: · Positive, energetic, collaborative, caring, dependable REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · BLS Dress Code : · Scrub Color – all Navy blue

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
